WHY CHOOSE THE PENTHOUSE?
Stunning light-filled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse apartment one block back from Las Canteras Beach, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This south-facing apartment is on two levels and has stunning views from both its generous-sized upper and lower terraces, which receive sunshine all day.
Covering the whole of the 7th floor and 8th floors of the building, the Las Palmas Penthouse has incredible views of the port and Las Canteras Beach. It has been finished to a high specification with stone floors and traditional Alfarje wooden ceilings. There are three double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms plus a separate large family bathroom.
On the first level the huge open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has giant glass sliding doors that open out onto a large roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. It also has a Nespresso machine and a kettle to boil water for tea.
The lounge area has two large leather sofas and plus flat screen. All four TVs in the property come complete with Apple TV and Google Chromecast meaning up that can watch all your favourite NetFlix programmes .at your convenience.
Upstairs a mass of subtropical plants fringe a huge sundeck, with barbecue kitchen area, gym and and an additional bedroom with en-suite shower room. The views here are even more spectacular, stretching almost 360°.
